  • Where MROC discloses your personal information to its agents, sub-contractors or other collectives for these purposes, those agents, sub-contractors and collectives are obligated to use your personal information in accordance with the terms of this privacy statement.

MROC will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. MROC will store all the personal information you provide on secure servers.

Information you provide relating to electronic transactions entered via this website will be protected by encryption technology.
In order to facilitate royalty payments to you, personal information that MROC collects may be stored and processed in and transferred between any of the other collectives with whom it has agreements to obtain royalty payments for you.
